WHAT TO DO IN THE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT (top)

1- Remain Calm and Survey the Scene. Think Safety
First. Do Not Take Any Chances.

2-Make sure vehicle is not a hazard to you or others
where it’s at and it is safe to leave the vehicle before
stepping out.

3- If there are any injuries stay with the injured and
have someone contact EMS and the Police Department
(911) immediately.

4- If it is safe to do so take the information and description
from other vehicle, driver and any witnesses
before returning to your vehicle (some uninsured or
unlicensed drivers have left the scene at this point)

5- If no injuries and vehicles are safely secured wait
for Police to arrive.

6- If any injuries assist the injured parties and have
someone contact EMS and Police immediately. Stay
with injured party until help arrives.

7- If you carry one of our disposable cameras in your
glove box ,if conditions allow it, find a safe location to
take some photos showing the scene and position of
the vehicles prior to moving. You may want the license
plate of the other vehicle clearly shown in at
least one of your photos.

8- Remain courteous and consistent in your version of
the accident at all times.

9- If your vehicle will need to be towed contact the
number of our 24 Hour Towing Service on this brochure

10- Contact Oldham County Customs as soon as possible
so we can schedule your vehicle in as soon as
possible.

REPAIR APPOINTMENTS (top)

Repairs are performed in a “By Appointment “ basis.
You may drop your vehicle off the evening before or the
morning of the day scheduled for repairs and we know
in advance you need a ride to work or home we will
gladly do that for you. We can also schedule picking you
up at the time your vehicle is ready for pick up.
